WARRANTY

Our products are crafted with extreme precision and are subject to comprehensive testing. Therefore, we are proud to offer a warranty for all of our watches.

All products from Rob Hayes are covered by warranty for two years from the date of purchase. Most of our repairs are handled in our Swiss factory, and we always aim to make any warranty process as seamless as possible for our clients. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the watch movement, crystal, case and strap. If you would need to have a replacement or repair under the warranty, please contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

Charges will incur for replacements or repairs in the following scenarios, even if the watch is still covered by the warranty:
-Damage or malfunctioning due to improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
-Damage or malfunctioning due to excessive water or fire
-Damage or malfunctioning due to unwarranted repairs or modifications
-Damage or malfunctioning due to wear and tear damages (small scratches, alteration of leather strap color, etc.)
