We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Section 4 – shipping, returns and refunds

Our orders are dispatched by either PostNord, TNT or DHL Express. In the rare case that an order never gets picked up from your local post office during their time-window, or in the case of false or insufficient entered shipping details, Rob Hayes reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 250 SEK to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs. Any applicable duty fees charged to us for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount. If any shipping information is entered wrongly on our end, we ensure to adjust it as soon as possible.

We offer all customers the right to easily return their order within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. However, the customer is responsible for the payment, arrangement and risk for transporting the returned goods to us. The watch must be in the same condition as when it was originally dispatched, including all original packaging.
