RETURNS

We offer all customers the right to easily return the order within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. In order to receive a refund, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was originally dispatched, including all original packaging. Returns should be sent back to the same location that it was dispatched from. Please contact us for further instructions at info@robhayes.co.

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund back to you. Once we have issued the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 1-5 business days.
